Amare Stoudemire, feeling a 100 percent after his eye injury, strongly indicated Monday he will opt out of the final season of his Suns contract and become a free agent. He is just the type of player to help the Knicks spread out the floor giving the Knicks a man who supposedly demands a double team when hot and also hopefully with the resign of Lee they will establish lee finally as a power foward. With one more free agent to go along with Amare they may have a chance to contend in the east, I cant wait for this free agency.
